The jacket uses Fibretronic’s five function keypad together with the Bluetooth Music Phone Controller which is compatible with all mobile phones with stereo Bluetooth capability.

The jacket allows to make and receive phone calls via the sleeve integrated keypad and a microphone module attached to the collar.The keypad controls include the most used functions when listening to music: play/pause, rewind, fast forward and volume.

Whilst listening to music the Bluetooth module will alert the wearer of any in-coming calls which can be picked up on the sleeves keypad and will automatically switch back to the music when the call is finished.

trigered by the Burton Amp Jacket, which saw Apple and Burton collaborating. Designed to be used with IPods, using SOFTswitch technology, which allows the iPod to be controlled through a soft, flexible control pad integrated directly in the arm of the Burton Amp jacket.
